This indicates that there are issues with the configuration, preventing your device from authenticating with your ISP. As far as I understand, I need a PPPoE username and password to connect. I never received it from Telekom, as well as Access number (Zugangsnummer). Maybe I'm wrong and the connection. Hopefully my problem is just a simple misconfiguration. When I restart the modem, internet led stays orange and others blue and the pppoe connection won't show connected. Then I have to go into the Tether app-> pppoe settings -> tap save.
